Privacy
Monetific stores the minimum needed to monitor your sites: your account email, the domains you add, and the results of the checks it runs on them.
What is collected
- Account — email address, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password), your name if you provide one, and your plan.
- Sites — the domains you add, plus any niche, traffic and publisher ID you choose to record.
- Monitoring results — snapshots of your public ads.txt, policy scan findings, and any revenue figures you import.
- Free checker — the domain checked and the result. The requester’s IP address is stored only as a salted hash, for abuse prevention, and anonymous records are deleted after 12 months.
What is not collected
Monetific does not place trackers on your site, does not read your visitors’ data, and does not require access to your ad network account. Every check is made against pages that are already public.
Retention
- ads.txt snapshots: 90 days, plus the most recent one indefinitely
- Resolved alerts: 180 days
- Anonymous free-checker records: 12 months
- Account data: until you delete the account
Cookies
One cookie, monetific_session, holds your signed session token. It is httpOnly, Secure in production, and SameSite=Lax. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
